Formalizing Our Agreement
I’ll send you a quick intake form to kickstart our coaching, a contract for us both to sign outlining our roles and responsibilities, and payment information to make things easy.
Discovery
Session
Our first session together offers us a chance to design our partnership. We’ll talk about coaching lingo, confidentiality, and best ways of working together. The sky’s the limit from there!

Coaching
Along our journey, we’ll schedule regular sessions. In between, we’ll check in with one another by text or email to see how you’re doing. Exercises and inquiries serve to deepen your learning.
