What is group coaching?
Group coaching brings conversations about midlife struggles, decisions, and directions to life with the facilitation of a certified, professional coach. It’s a space for women to discuss common issues and challenge outdated mindsets, set goals, and stay on track with group accountability. Group sessions focus on processing the learnings from weekly homework assignments.
Who is it for?
Group coaching is a powerful modality of transformation for women on a budget who are curious about coaching, or for those who thrive learning and growing in community. Witnessing others in their struggles and sharing our own can help us identify common experiences that inspire our personal growth and evoke transformation, in a safe, confidential, and sacred space.
ten-Week Program
Your Midlife Masterpiece
In this transformative, 10-week coaching program, you’ll learn what it takes to create a life of freedom, adventure, and choice. For midlifers who feel stuck, out-of-step with their values, or in need of change in their careers, relationships, or lifestyles, adopting new behaviors and mindsets can be liberating, invigorating, and empowering. Worksheets, homework, and connections with other participants in-between sessions will make this a thought-provoking, exciting, and dynamic fresh start for the next half of life.

How does it work?
Group Sessions
Groups convene via Zoom once a week for 90 minutes to process the experience of midlife transformation, facilitated by a certified professional coach. Using reflection questions as a discussion prompt, we’ll explore our learnings and un-learnings, while fostering a creative environment for each individual’s personal goal-setting and accountability. Be prepared to be challenged!
Homework
In a shared Dropbox folder, you’ll access a pre-recorded lesson, worksheets, and visualizations in between sessions. It is highly recommended that you do the work for a given week prior to attending the group session for that week. Assignments are often fun, thought-provoking, and challenging.
Accountability
Stay on track with your goals and get to know other group members with weekly buddy calls and accountability check-ins using the phone video app, Marco Polo. It’s a powerful space to witness, share vulnerabilities, and learn from one another. Showing up for ourselves and others fosters a close community.
Commitment
Group time will process the learnings from the work you’ve done the week before. As with anything, the more work and time you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it. Please commit to showing up on time, doing the work in between sessions, and honoring your own goals and desires.
